Luscious purples and sweet golden browns meet in this fruit-inspired colourway. We love how the warm tones blend as they are worked up in this variegated yarn.

This is a smooth, worsted-spun and plied yarn with a gorgeous lustre and great definition! The Bluefaced Leicester breed produces wool that is both strong and next-to-skin soft, making it ideal for a wide range of projects. This yarn will work fantastically in shawls, socks, jumpers, and other accessories. It wears well over time and pills very little. The stitch definition is excellent, making it suitable for beautiful stocking stitch, textured knit-purl patterns, thick and squishy brioche, and well-defined cables.
We hand dye all our yarn in our studio in the Royal Ordnance Depot, Weedon, by the Grand Union Canal. Our yarn has been hand dyed in small batches, and the colour consistency between batches is very good but can’t be guaranteed, so we recommend that you buy enough skeins for your project. If your project uses more than one skein, we also recommend that you alternate / stripe the skeins throughout.
When it comes to blocking or washing your project, use lukewarm water with your favourite wool wash, and lay flat to dry. We take great care to thoroughly set the dye and rinse the yarn afterwards, but differing water temperatures and chemicals can cause some dye to bleed. If you’re using it in a multicoloured project, we recommend washing a swatch first to test for colour-fastness.
